Karugarama reassures refugees

The Minister of Justice, Tharcisse Karugarama, yesterday, told representatives of Rwandan refugees in Congo-Brazzaville that the country has a professional judicial system pointing out that they should have no worries about returning home.He made the remarks while meeting the refugees, who were accompanied by top officials from the government of Congo-Brazzaville and UNHCR representatives.
